The blessings of the Gospel.

These last few weeks have been amazing!

I had the amazing opportunity to go to the temple. I had the most incredible experience, and know that the temple is the house of God. I am so thankful for the amazing spirit that I have been able to feel there.

I know that God lives, and that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored to the earth in these latter days. I know that Christ performed the atonement so that we, God's children, could return to live in his presence. I know that without the gospel, and without Christ and his infinite atonement I would be lost in my life. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true book and that by abiding by its precepts I will come closer to God. I am so thankful that this gospel is a gospel of progression and learning. I am thankful for all of the wonderful things that I learn every day. I know that God calls his missionaries to serve where they will best be an instrument in his hands. He knows each of us, and he knows what is best for us. I know that I am supposed to go to Peru and that there are people there that need me, and that I need the people I meet. I know that over the next two years I will be blessed because of my service to the lord, and I hope that I can be a great instrument in his hands.

Mount Timp Temple.

This isn't the temple I went through, but I came here the next day and did baptisms with my friends.

Peruvian restaurant

Today I went missionary shopping with my parents, and went to the Temple for the first time. The Temple was amazing and I realize that I have a lot to learn!

Afterward we went to a Peruvian restaurant here in Provo. I got to talk to the wonderful people about Peru and I got supper excited! The food was amazing! I loved it! I just know that I'm going to love peru!
